My name is Jasmine Shakir and I am a tutor in the D-Center. I have been working with your Trinidad and Northern Ireland students regarding uploading their photos and organizing their information to get ready for Sparc. I would love to visit both classes next week to make sure that each student is confident that they know how to move on to Step 4 on the Reflective Mapping LibGuide. This process should take no more than 10 minutes of your time and I will be able to assist in any way possible.

On Tuesdays and Thursday I am available from 11:30-1:30p.m. Please let me know if you would like me to visit your class during this time.

• At this point, all students should have uploaded their photos. With the help of the D-Center tutors, students should work on copying the permanent photo hyperlinks and the locations into the shared google spreadsheet. Summiyah Siddeeq is pointing D-Center tutors to classes where students need help, please e-mail her at ssiddeeq@agnesscott.edu if you have students who need extra assistance.
• Global 102 students are not required to be present for the presentation of the common mapping assignment during the poster session but are certainly invited and encouraged to attend SpARC in general. Similar to last year, the poster session itself will be rather short. At this point it looks that 6 volunteers from across the Global 102 sections will be needed to be present at the monitor, elaborate on the common mapping assignment, etc. A call for volunteers went out through the class of 2020 facebook page and is also attached to this e-mail, feel free to share it with your students.
• Annotation statements should be finished by the end of this week, April 14. Once your students have finished their annotations they need to be uploaded into the google spreadsheet already shared by the D-Center tutors. Again, please contact Summiyah if you have questions about that.
