Trinidad and Tobago has never legislated a multicultural law… What we’ve had here for a long time is a living multiculturalism. One that didn’t need to be legislated for because it just worked… In more political terms this idea of living multiculturalism is enshrined in the national anthem of “every creed and race find an equal place,” and in our national motto “Together We Aspire, Together We Achieve.” – Dylan Kerrigan |
